Sibling Youth Travel Brands USIT, BUNAC & JENZA Join Together Under JENZA Group Banner

Sibling travel brands BUNAC, USIT and JENZA have migrated to sit under parent company the JENZA Travel Group.

The move marks a new chapter in the evolution of these youth-led work and travel brands, which have been ensuring young people never have to choose between getting a job and going abroad for 60+ years.

Founded in 1962, BUNAC has evolved to become the group’s dedicated Summer Camp USA brand, with JENZA dubbed the ‘never coming home’ sibling brand, covering all things working holiday and international internship related in Canada, Japan, Australia, the USA and UK.

USIT remains Ireland’s leading work abroad, J1 and grad visa expert for those wanting to earn and explore in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

As part of this convergence, new programmes for JENZA customers have been announced. The programmes include:

  • Intern USA

Designed for current students or recent grads to get ahead with a 1-12 month paid or unpaid internship in their academic field. JENZA experts cut through the confusion, guiding young people through every stage of the process from internship requirements and types of companies to search for, to visa criteria and sponsorship support.

Lucy Lynch, JENZA Group chief marketing officer said: “Young people shouldn’t have to choose between gaining meaningful work experience and travelling the world.

“The formation of The JENZA Group allows us to create clearer distinctions between each brand, making it even easier for young people to understand the benefits of each product and, ultimately, realise their dreams of living, working and travelling abroad.

“It also affords us the opportunity to launch the Intern Hub – a free resource for all – which ensures even more young people can benefit from our 60+ years of expertise.

“This is the start of an exciting new chapter for BUNAC, USIT and JENZA, and we’re excited to help even more young people enjoy the life-changing benefits of travel.”
