Luxury Mediterranean resort company Sani & Ikos Resorts has unveiled new offerings for summer 2026 across the region.

For Ikos Resorts, April 2026 will see the opening of Ikos Kissamos in Crete – the brand’s first property on the island and its eighth resort overall. The new addition expands Ikos’ footprint in Greece and adds a significant new option for agents booking high-end, all-inclusive Mediterranean stays. Alongside the opening, the Deluxe Collection continues to expand with additional villa categories and enhanced premium benefits across the portfolio.

At Sani Resort in Halkidiki, 2026 marks the completion of Sani Asterias’ full transformation into an all-suite, marina-front residential concept. The resort will also introduce new chef collaborations, including Bruno Oger and Andoni Aduriz, alongside the return of Sani Gourmet and Sani Festival – key drivers for repeat, experience-led bookings.
Sani Asterias: A Refined Expression of Residential Living

As the most exclusive expression of the Sani experience, Sani Asterias marks the final stage in its considered evolution in 2026. Following the introduction of its residential concept – discreet, beachfront living designed for guests seeking a true “home at Sani” experience – further enhancements to the hotel’s main building and shared spaces create a more elegant and welcoming sense of arrival. Together, these enhancements complete the next phase of Sani Asterias’ transformation, refining how guests arrive, gather and experience the resort while preserving its distinctive sense of privacy and discretion.

These updates preserve the refined, residential character that defines Sani Asterias, while subtly elevating how guests move through and experience the property, reinforcing its position as the most private and personalised corner of the resort.
New Culinary Chapters at Sani
Gastronomy remains central to life at Sani, with two significant culinary developments shaping the 2026 season and inviting guests to discover new expressions of flavour, creativity and place across the resort.
At Water Restaurant & Bar, the flagship dining venue of Sani Asterias, a renewed French–Mediterranean concept curated by two-Michelin-starred Chef Bruno Oger brings a fresh perspective to menus served throughout the day. Paired with a full architectural refresh, the new concept reflects Oger’s distinctive culinary style, drawing on his Brittany roots and Mediterranean influences to create a relaxed yet elevated dining experience closely connected to its surroundings.
At El Puerto, Chef Andoni Aduriz joins as Consultant Chef, guiding the continued evolution of the restaurant’s gastronomic identity. Widely regarded as one of the most influential voices in contemporary cuisine, Aduriz brings a storytelling-led approach that deepens the connection between food, culture and place, encouraging guests to experience dining as a journey of discovery.

Families, Exploration and the Sani Spirit
Families remain at the heart of the Sani experience, with enhancements for 2026 designed to feel intuitive, enriching and rooted in discovery. Programmes continue to support children’s independence while giving parents the freedom to slow down and reconnect, allowing each generation to engage with the destination in its own way.
For the 2026 season, Sani further enriches its family offering through a collaboration with Donna Hay, whose philosophy of simple, joyful cooking informs a new series of creative food-led activities for younger guests. Designed to spark curiosity and confidence in the kitchen, the experiences encourage children to explore ingredients, flavours and shared moments around food in a relaxed, hands-on way.
From outdoor exploration to creative and educational experiences shaped by the natural environment, family life at Sani continues to unfold seamlessly between beach, forest and sea, reinforcing the resort’s long-standing reputation as a destination for meaningful, multigenerational travel.

Beach Life and Dunes Beach Pop Up
For 2026, Beach Life is complemented by the return of the Dunes Beach Pop-Up, introducing a relaxed, seasonal beachfront setting for informal dining and social moments by the sea.

Along the picturesque promenade between Sani Club and Sani Dunes, the pop-up beach bar returns as Dunes Beach Pop Up, designed to integrate more seamlessly with the natural landscape while enhancing the overall beach experience. Framed by sea, sand and sky, Dunes Beach Pop Up reflects Sani’s relaxed approach to luxury – informal, atmospheric and effortlessly rooted in place.
Sani Festival and Sani Gourmet
Cultural and culinary programming remains a defining part of the Sani experience, with both Sani Festival and Sani Gourmet returning in 2026 as highlights of the summer season.

Sani Gourmet will unfold as a vibrant celebration of gastronomy from July 10 to August 7, 2026, transforming the resort into a living culinary stage. Each Friday evening, a different chapter of the experience comes to life, with world-renowned chefs invited to Sani to curate one-of-a-kind, exclusive dining events, available only at the resort. Taking place at Elia Restaurant at Porto Sani, the programme builds towards its pinnacle moments: exceptional chef-led menus, immersive settings and unforgettable dining experiences, all set against the natural beauty of Sani Resort. Participating chefs will be announced soon.

Awarded World’s Leading Cultural Destination by the World Travel Awards, Sani Festival – Greece’s first sustainable music festival – returns from July 11 to August 15, 2026, with one concert taking place every Saturday evening. Hosted on Sani Hill, framed by the Byzantine tower and sweeping views of the Aegean Sea, the festival has welcomed an exceptional roster of international artists over the years. The full 2026 line-up will be announced shortly, with ticket sales opening on February 13.
The Sani Suite Collection

For 2026, the Sani Suite Collection – a curated portfolio of Sani’s most spacious and premium suite accommodations – is further enhanced with thoughtful refinements that improve space, comfort and flow across selected suites. The updates are designed to support longer stays and multigenerational travel, offering guests greater ease, flexibility and a heightened sense of ease within their accommodation. Subtle design enhancements strengthen the connection between interiors and the surrounding landscape, allowing suites to feel more open and naturally integrated into their setting, while retaining the privacy, reassurance and service standards of a luxury resort stay.

In 2026, Ikos Resorts builds on this leadership with a series of confirmed updates across its Mediterranean portfolio. Spanning a significant new resort opening, expanded accommodation, enhanced Deluxe Collection experiences and refined dining and destination offerings, the year ahead reflects Ikos’ continued focus on ease, privacy and intuitive service.
Together, these developments reinforce Ikos’ defining approach to luxury all-inclusive hospitality – one designed to simplify the guest journey, remove complexity and allow guests to fully switch off and disengage.
Portfolio Growth: The Opening of Ikos Kissamos
Ikos Resorts will open Ikos Kissamos in April 2026, marking the brand’s first resort on the island of Crete and a major milestone in its continued growth. Located on the north-west coast, approximately 45 minutes from Chania Airport, the resort introduces Ikos’ all-inclusive philosophy to one of the Mediterranean’s most established destinations.
Ikos Kissamos will present a curated collection of refined dining concepts, including Kriti, offering a contemporary interpretation of Cretan cuisine under the guidance of consultant chef Ettore Botrini, and La Plage, inspired by French coastal gastronomy and curated by consultant chef Pascal Barbot. La Plage will operate exclusively for Deluxe guests at breakfast and lunch, before opening to all guests in the evening.
Conceived with the same restraint that define the wider portfolio, Ikos Kissamos prioritises flow, comfort and a natural sense of ease, aligning seamlessly with the brand’s existing resorts while blending into its natural surroundings through an immersive landscape designed to be lived, offering moments of connection, discovery and calm.

Space, Privacy and the Expansion of the Deluxe Collection
For 2026, the Deluxe Collection builds on its established premium accommodation offering, introducing a more comprehensive, priority-led experience designed to enhance ease and exclusivity across the resorts. Responding to growing demand for space and discretion, Ikos expands its portfolio of Deluxe villas and suites at selected resorts.
At Ikos Odisia in Corfu, new Deluxe three and four-bedroom bungalow villas offer generous sea-view accommodation tailored to larger and multigenerational groups. At Ikos Porto Petro in Mallorca, new Deluxe three and four-bedroom villas are introduced alongside new one-bedroom suites, combining residential-style privacy with full resort services.
New enhancements for Deluxe Collection guests in 2026 include exclusive access to selected pool and beach areas with an upgraded service experience, an exclusive selection of 30 premium wine labels available only to Deluxe guests, and extended use of the electric MINI Countryman Local Drive Adventure for up to two complimentary days.
Deluxe guests also benefit from complimentary access to the Heroes Supper Club — Ikos’ signature children’s dining and activity experience – alongside personalised concierge services and complimentary airport transfers. Together, these enhancements reinforce Ikos’ view of luxury as emotional ease, defined by space, priority and the absence of unnecessary decisions.

Dining and Culinary Developments Across the Portfolio
Dining remains a central pillar of the Ikos experience, shaped through long-standing collaborations with Michelin-starred chefs and internationally recognised culinary figures.
In 2026, new and refined dining concepts are introduced across the portfolio. At Ikos Porto Petro, the new Ouzo restaurant joins the resort’s gastronomy offering, celebrating contemporary Greek cuisine in a relaxed, open-air setting. The resort also introduces an adults-only breakfast experience at Oliva Restaurant, designed to offer a calmer start to the day.

Destination Experiences and Local Discovery
Ikos’ Local Discovery programme continues to evolve, expanding both the range and quality of experiences available beyond the resorts, while preserving the ease and reassurance of the all-inclusive stay. Guests benefit from more curated local dining options and enhanced off-site experiences, all seamlessly integrated and fully included within their booking.
Out-of-resort dining is further strengthened through an expanded selection of handpicked local restaurants, allowing guests to experience authentic regional cuisine in standout venues, without additional cost or complexity. Each experience is carefully chosen to reflect the destination, offering greater variety and a higher standard of local engagement.
At Ikos Odisia and Ikos Dassia, guests will also enjoy access to a complimentary golf experience at the historic Corfu Golf Club, including transfers, equipment, green fees and use of a golf buggy, valid once per stay.
The Local Drive Adventure evolves further in 2026 with the introduction of a new partnership with MINI, bringing the electric MINI Countryman into the programme. Complimentary one-day use is included for all guests, with extended access available to Deluxe Collection guests, offering a flexible and sustainable way to explore each destination independently.
