Ryanair Passenger Growth Hampered by Boeing Delivery Delays

Ryanair carried 12.4 million passengers across its extensive route network in January, latest monthly traffic figures for the airline show.

That number marked a 2% year-on-year increase, although the growth was hampered by the delay in new Boeing plane deliveries to the company.

Load factor, for January, was an impressive 91% – up from the 89% recorded in the corresponding month last year.

On a rolling 12-month basis, from January 2024, passenger numbers are up 8% at 197.4 million people.
