Ryanair Sees 21% Growth in December Traffic to 11.5 Million Passengers

Ryanair carried 11.5 million passengers across its route network during December.

That figure marks a 21% increase on the 9.5 million people it carried during the same month in 2021.

Load factor – which measures how full its planes were – also improved year-on-year in December, rising from 81% in 2021 to 92% last month.

Ryanair has recently been aggressively growing its routes out of Dublin, Shannon, Belfast, Cork and Ireland West Airport Knock ahead of the summer 2023 season.
