Royal Caribbean Seeks Ireland’s ‘Royal Family 2014’

Royal Caribbean International has launched its search for its very own ‘Royal Family’ with the chance to win a host of money-can’t-buy prizes. A lucky family will be one of the first to experience the Ripcord by iFly skydiving and the North Star viewing pod with 360-degree views on the new ship Quantum of the Seas, as well as attending a number of high profile events leading up to the launch. Royal Caribbiean Royal Family Logo

RCI is looking for “an incredible family” who have never cruised before to become the ‘Royal Family’ and official Royal Caribbean International ambassadors for 2014. The lucky winners will enjoy a host of amazing experiences throughout 2014 including a seven-night holiday in the Caribbean on board Oasis of the Seas in February, a family day on board Independence of the Seas in the summer, and an invitation to the launch of the newest ship Quantum of the Seas in the autumn.

To be in with a chance to win, families simply need to visit www.facebook.com/royalcaribbeanuk and post, in no more than 150 words, why they believe they should become the Royal Caribbean International ‘Royal Family’ along with a picture of their family.

Jo Rzymowska, Associate Vice President and General Manager, Royal Caribbean International, Ireland and UK, said: “When we talk about surfing, bumper cars, sky diving, zip wiring and ice skating, many people who have never been onboard one of our ships simply don’t believe us. For one lucky family the chance to not only see all these amazing features, but be one of the first families to experience our latest innovations is a once in a lifetime opportunity.”

Entry to the competition will close on 13th October 2013 with three finalists and their families invited onboard Independence of the Seas in Southampton for the day to film their experiences. The finalist will then be selected by votes from RCI’s Facebook fans combined with a panel of experts including UK Olympian and mother of three, Sally Gunnell, and mum bloggers including The Mum Blog, Café Bebe, Are We Nearly There Yet Mummy?, Little Mummy and Sticky Fingers. For full terms and conditions visit www.facebook.com/royalcaribbeanuk
