Dubai Tourism joined forces earlier tis month with Royal Caribbean International and Emirates to train Irish agents in Cobh and Dublin onboard ‘Jewel of the Seas’ – and Dubai Tourism presented iPads to two lucky Dubai Expert winners: Rhona O’Leary from Ice Travel in Cork and Yvonne Collins from Freedom Travel in Celbridge.
Only agents who had enrolled in the Dubai Expert Training Programme where eligible to win the iPads. Agents learnt all about the revitalised Radiance Class ‘Serenade of the Seas’ starting her series of seven-night cruises from Dubai in January 2013 and were updated on what is happening in Dubai.
The cruises depart from Dubai with easy Emirates air connections and ports of call include Fujairah, UAE; Muscat, Oman; and Abu Dhabi, UAE; each of which offers a host of excursions.
The itinerary includes an overnight in Dubai, however the majority of passengers are booking a few nights pre- or post-cruise so that they can truly discover what Dubai has to offer. They don’t want to miss out on all the exciting attractions on offer in this vibrant city!
A few extra nights gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy a desert safari, visit the world’s tallest building, sample the fabulous food and night life on offer, and meander through souks on the historical Dubai Creek.
