
A select group of travel agents recently embarked on an unforgettable familiarization trip to New York City, courtesy of New York City Tourism and Conventions, Aer Lingus, and Royal Caribbean.

The journey began with an Aer Lingus flight from Dublin to Newark, followed by a stay at The Tillary Hotel in Downtown Brooklyn for one night. The group then moved to the Millennium Hotel Downtown for the next two nights, providing them with a diverse accommodation experience.



During their time in the city, the agents explored some of NYC’s top attractions and hospitality highlights, including:
- Mercer Labs – An immersive art and technology experience.
- The Warren Street Hotel – A stunning new luxury property.
- Mint House Hotel – A modern and tech-driven hospitality concept.
- A Slice of Brooklyn Tour – A delicious and entertaining look at Brooklyn’s best pizza spots.
- The 9/11 Museum and One World Observatory – Iconic landmarks offering powerful historical insight and breathtaking views.


The trip concluded with an exclusive ship visit to Royal Caribbean’s Odyssey of the Seas giving the group firsthand insight into the world-class cruising experience.

This incredible experience provided valuable industry knowledge and unforgettable memories, reinforcing New York City’s appeal as a top travel destination.
