Business Support Executive
We are looking to recruit a confident, enthusiastic, progressive new hire that will report directly to our Head of Business and Connectivity.
Ideal candidate will have a business or marketing qualification or relevant experience in sales & marketing roles. An interest and knowledge of the travel industry is desirable.
The job is a full time office based role within our offices in Sandymount. Hybrid may be considered for candidates living outside of Dublin.
Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, sales driven, detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Business Support Executive to support our sales and marketing team . This role involves assisting with the drive and execution of sales, preparing campaign reports, helping internally with campaigns, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining customer databases. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Help Drive Sales across all ITTN Group brands
– Assist in the planning and execution of proposals ,campaigns and events.
– Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
– Prepare reports and analyse data to support the team.
– Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and other departments.
– Provide administrative support, including scheduling marketing campaigns, meetings and events and managing correspondence as required.
Qualifications:
– Business or Marketing qualification and previous experience in sales or marketing administration is preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and CRM software.
Skills:
– Strong attention to detail with flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Creative approach to sales & marketing campaigns and be willing to collaborate on projects as they arise.
– We want someone who is interested in growing with the business and developing a strong career within the Irish Travel Trade Network.
Required:
– Perfect written and spoken English
– Valid Work Permit in Ireland – Visa applications will not be supported for this role
– Be able to Travel within Ireland and abroad should the need arise
