Dublin Airport had a bumper month in August with more than 2 million passengers using the airport , a growth of 2% over last year .
Figures for Europe were 1.1 million up 2.5%,UK 635,000 down 3%,Middle East /Africa 47,000 up 78%,Transatlantic 193,000 up 4% and domestic 7,000 down 21%.
The year to date total just touching 13 million .
