May is shaping up to be a busy month for the Irish travel industry social scene! Lowcostbeds/ Resorthoppa will host events in Cork and Dublin on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd May respectively, followed by functions hosted by Air France/ KLM/ Delta, Etihad Airways/ Dubai Tourism, Silversea Cruises, and United, and ending (so far!) with two events on Thursday 24th May – by the Irish Travel Agents Association and DoSomethingDifferent.

Wednesday 2nd
Lowcostbeds/Resorthoppa trade night with “drinks and nibbles” in the Corona Lounge at The Boardwalk, Cork, from 6.30pm
Thursday 3rd
Lowcostbeds/Resorthoppa travel trade dinner (by invitation only) at Dobbins Restaurant, Dublin, from 7.00pm
Tuesday 15th
Silver Whisper visits Foynes
Thursday 17th
Silversea Cruises at Clontarf Castle, Clontarf, Dublin, from 6.30pm with drinks, canapés and a Silversea presentation
Friday 18th
Silver Whisper visits Dublin Port
Monday 21st
Carlson Wagonlit Travel Forum at the Westbury Hotel, Dublin

TIGS golf outing to Powerscourt Golf Club from 11.00am, sponsored by the Spanish Tourist Office
Thursday 24th
Irish Travel Agents Association Technology Day, ‘Smart Technology – Today, Tomorrow’ at Red Cow Hotel, Dublin. Coffee and registration at 10.00am with two keynote speakers and clinics from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
DoSomethingDifferent trade party co-sponsored by Universal Studios in the Lost Society Bar, South William Street, Dublin, from 6pm – 9pm, with open bar, canapés, a GrabAGrand / cash cube machine and “top prizes”!
