Industry sources suggest that, as part of its ongoing restructure, Malaysia Airlines is to close its sales office in Dublin. It is understood that the Dublin sales office will close at the end of October 2015.
Currently, reservations and ticketing support for Ireland is handled from London and that is set to continue.
Sales Manager Ken Masterson may yet have an involvement in the new structure and it is believed he is considering his future options.
Irish Travel Trade News hopes to see Ken’s continuing involvement in the industry here in Ireland.
