RCL Cruises Ltd has announced a new trade sales structure with the promotion of Lorraine Quinn to Head of Sales for Ireland. “Lorraine has played an instrumental role in Royal Caribbean International becoming the market leader and in her new role she will continue to strengthen RCL Cruises Ltd’s position in the Irish market by effectively addressing the differing needs of major accounts, cruise specialists, high street agents, home workers and online players,” said the company.
Lorraine will report to Nicki Tempest-Mitchell, who was recently promoted to the role of Head of Trade Sales UK & Ireland – reporting directly to Jo Rzymowska, Associate Vice President and General Manager.
Jenny Rafter will continue in her role as Major Account Manager, reporting directly to Lorraine Quinn.
Travel industry veteran Michael English will remain dedicated to Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises as Head of Sales, reporting directly to Nicki Tempest-Mitchell. The new structure will increase Michael’s responsibility to ensure an increased presence for Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises throughout the organisation and among the trade.
