Experienced Travel Agent Required
Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth
The Role
As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing client journeys from initial enquiry right through to travel completion. Duties will include:
- Communicating with clients throughout the booking process
- Booking all aspects of travel, including flights, hotels, car hire, transfers, packages, and cruises
- Providing excellent customer service and tailored travel solutions
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine passion for the travel industry and be well travelled with strong destination knowledge
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a travel environment (preferred but not essential)
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to work well under pressure
- A solid educational background
- Strong communication and organisational skills
