Jet2.com has announced its biggest ever winter programme from Belfast International Airport with more than 50,000 seats available in 2016/17 – an increase of 25% year-on-year. The airline has increased its winter 2016/17 capacity by 10,000 seats between 30th October 2016 and 25th March 2017.
“This is by far our biggest winter programme to date for Northern Ireland holidaymakers,” said Steve Heapy, Chief Executive, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. “The number of people in Northern Ireland wanting to jet off for some much-needed winter sunshine means we are seeing spectacular growth, and we have added thousands of winter sun seats to popular holiday hotspots such as Alicante and the Canary Islands.”
This continued growth follows the recent launch of the company’s biggest ever flights and holidays programme for summer 2017, which saw the introduction of a brand new route to Costa Brava (Girona) as part of an overall summer capacity increase of 10% to more than 280,000 seats.
Jet2.com winter flights from Belfast International Airport are available from £46 one way including taxes while Jet2holidays winter holiday breaks start from £209pp* including 22kg baggage allowance and airport transfers and can be secured with a £60 deposit.
