Ruth Petherick, the first winner of the Irish Times Reader’s Travel Writing Competition, was presented with her prize, an 11-night trip to India with Travel Department, which is celebrating 20 years in business in 2016.
At the prize ceremony were Rachel O’Sullivan, Irish Times Magazine Editor; Sara Zimmerman, Managing Director, Travel Department; Ruth Petherick and her daughter Ella; and Joan Scales, Irish Times Travel.
