Recognising excellence across the UK’s tourism industry and celebrating innovation, quality and best practices, the annual awards took place at Warner Bros Studio Tour London, where gold, silver and bronze winners were announced.

Among the 20 categories was Large Hotel of the Year, of which Titanic Hotel Liverpool was triumphant against two other shortlisted hotels.

Clement Gaffney, Group Operations Manager of the Harcourt Hotel Collection said: “We are very honoured to be crowned ‘Large Hotel of the Year’ at the prestigious VisitEngland Awards. This accolade is a recognition of excellence across the country’s tourism industry.”

The acclaimed award comes after Titanic Hotel was crowned Large Hotel of the Year for a consecutive year at the Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards in March.

Brian Connor General Manager at Titanic Hotel Liverpool added: “It’s an honour to be recognised with this award for “Large Hotel of the Year” for our exceptional service and iconic Grade II listing setting, reaffirming our high standards within the industry. We strive to create an environment where luxury meets heartfelt hospitality, and this coveted award serves as a testament to the dedication and passion of our exceptional team.”

The team at the hotel are hoping this award will further put Titanic Hotel Liverpool on the map to Irish tourists as a must-visit when in Liverpool and look forward to welcoming more Irish visitors in the near future.

The Titanic Liverpool is a sister hotel to the 5-star Lough Eske Castle, Redcastle Oceanside Golf and Spa Hotel, Titanic Hotel Belfast and the luxury 5-star Caribbean resort, Carlisle Bay
