Responsible travel specialist Intrepid Travel has been endorsed as a Which? Recommended Provider for Escorted Tours for the first time.
Overall, Which? described Intrepid as an “excellent option for your next adventurous trip” that can take travellers to “some of the least explored parts of the world.” Additionally, Which? recommended that customers should “definitely” book a holiday with Intrepid.
Out of five possible stars, Intrepid scored four in customer service, description matches reality, escorted tour overall, organisation and value for money categories, and three stars in accommodation and food and drink.
Customers praised the “perfectly timed transfers,” “thoughtfully curated itineraries,” and the expertise of Intrepid’s guides.
Intrepid partners, Trailfinders and Travel Counsellors performed strongly too.
The 12-month endorsement license enables Intrepid to display the Which? logo on its website and across marketing materials, including television advertisements and print media.
Which? Recommended Providers are companies rated highly by the advocacy group’s members and the public with products independently tested, reviewed and recommended by the Which? team.
This recognition has been historically known to drive customer loyalty and influence purchasing decisions — 72% of consumers say a Which? endorsement logo is likely to influence the product they buy or the service they choose, while 61% agree it would encourage them to try a product or service they haven’t tried before.
