Home-working giant InteleTravel has acquired UK-based Tickitto, a platform providing tickets to live events and experiences globally, including Premier League football matches, Formula 1 races and concerts by major stars.

The deal for the Application Programming Interface (API) platform will enable InteleTravel’s UK and Ireland advisors to offer their customers holidays that include tickets to exclusive and live events which are often difficult to obtain or only available at inflated prices on resale sites.
The purchase, for an undisclosed sum, is InteleTravel’s fourth acquisition in two years following deals for corporate travel alliance Hickory Global Partners, meetings and industry agency MGME and bespoke long-haul tour operator Major Travel.

Through a modern API connection, standardised data and white-label ticket booking sites, Tickitto allows businesses to tap into more than £49 billion worth of tickets for a wide range of experiences — from concerts and theatre shows to sports events and unique local activities. It simplifies a process that was previously complex in a fragmented, outdated marketplace.
Hickory and MGME will also be able to offer corporate clients sought-after VIP sports tickets and show experiences.
As with previous acquisitions, Tickitto and its current team, including chief executive and founder Dana Lattouf, will continue to operate as an independent brand under the InteleTravel umbrella.
InteleTravel CEO James Ferrara said: “Our analysis shows that 1 in 10 travel bookings are related to a live event, concert or sporting event and these tickets are part of thousands of additional pounds in spend. We believe that 2025 will continue to see a rise in ‘eventcations’ and be as much about the unique moments people are seeking as the destinations they want to visit.
“With Tickitto now under the InteleTravel umbrella, we can take advantage of our packaging ability through our supply partners, our technology and our investment in Major Travel, to offer more value and a richer experience to our customers and increase profits for our advisors and our companies.”

Ms Lattouf added: “I am incredibly excited to join the InteleTravel family. This acquisition helps InteleTravel companies offer more services and grow revenue. It directly helps Tickitto meet client demand by allowing us access to extensive resources we haven’t had previously, as well as increasing our purchasing power and helping foster business with new ticketing suppliers.”
Since starting the company in 2019, Ms Lattouf has raised nearly $10 million to build the platform, hire a team of professionals and secure exclusive partnerships. In 2019, NatWest Business recognized Tickitto as one of the top 10 businesses in the south-west of England and Wales.
Originally from Jordan, Ms Lattouf received a bachelor’s degree in 2017 from the University of Bath, where she grew a small company into a leading business-to-business property management marketplace in the United Arab Emirates.
