A great night was enjoyed in Koh Restaurant in Dublin’s Millennium Walkway last night by over 20 Friends of Thailand as they partook of a traditional Thai banquet-style dinner hosted by Khun Siripakorn Cheawsamoot, Director UK Ireland & South Africa, Tourism Authority of Thailand.
Welcoming guests to the Friends of Thailand dinner were Siripakorn Cheawsamoot, Director UK Ireland & South Africa, Tourism Authority of Thailand; Chawannuch Atawongsa; and Wit Kitchathorn, General Manager UK & Ireland, Thai Airways International
In theory a ‘three-course dinner’, it was really 11 courses! The first comprised five starters (Ton Yam Goong, Tiger Prawns Green Mango, BBQ Pork, Duck Laab, and Chicken Satay), the second five mains (Phad Thai Tofu, Chopped Chicken & Lime, Mixed Seafood Curry, Lamb Massaman Curry, and Chilli Pork, served with steamed Thai fragrant jasmine rice), and completed with a dessert of Thai Sticky Rice with Coconut and Fresh Mango.
Feeling hungry? The Taste of Thailand continues today until Sunday at the Taste of Dublin event in Iveagh Gardens!
