The first round of winners has been chosen for the Travelmarvel Moments of the Year award, a competition that celebrates marvellous moments captured in photo with the specially designed Travelmarvel reusable keep cup. Six winners will be chosen overall, with each winner being awarded a seat at the Irish Travel Trade Awards 2025, where they will be hosted by Team Travelmarvel. On the night, one of the worthy winning submissions will then also win the grand prize of an 8-day European river cruise aboard the brand-new 4* Premium Travelmarvel Rigel, launching in 2026.
So – without further ado…! Congratulations to Jane Nevin from Arrow Tours with her winning photo titled Summer in Utrecht and Marie O’Shea from Marble City Travel with her photo titled Loughboora, whose entries stood out to the judging panel for their creativity, scenic composition, and sense of place. Each winner has secured a ticket to the Irish Travel Trade Awards 2025, where they will be hosted by Team Travelmarvel.

The competition launched earlier this year in partnership with ITTN, inviting travel professionals to share a photo of their Travelmarvel mug “on the move” – be it at iconic landmarks, countryside spots, or inspiring locations abroad. Monthly winners are selected by a judging panel made up of ITTN’s content creation and creative direction team, along with Travelmarvel’s Michelle Ryan.
One overall winner, to be announced at the Irish Travel Trade Awards 2025, will take home the grand prize: an 8-day European river cruise aboard the brand-new Travelmarvel Rigel, launching in 2026.
How to Enter
To enter, simply take a photo of your Travelmarvel mug in a memorable travel moment and send it, along with a short description, to [email protected]. Submissions are also featured on ITTN.ie, and participants are encouraged to share their photos on social media using #TravelmarvelMoments.
Entries remain open, and travel professionals are encouraged to continue submitting their best moments. Whether it’s along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way or on the canals of Amsterdam, each entry is a chance to win a place at the awards – and potentially, a river cruise in 2026.
