Fiona Foster Joins Innstant

Innstant Travel, the online wholesale division of the Innstant Group, is to step up its drive and support for the trade with the appointment of Fiona Foster as Head of Operations. Some of Fiona’s previous positions include Contact Centre Sales Manager in Thomas Cook, Head of Sales for the Budget Travel brand, and both Sales and Operations Director for the Budget Travelshops. “As part of her new role, Fiona will be responsible for implementing overall efficiency improvements, meeting agreed KPI’s, CRM management, and a strong focus in driving industry-leading service standards.
