The Embassy of Brazil in Ireland and the Brazilian Tourist Board (Embratur) joined forces to host a presentation for the travel trade on this interesting South American destination.
The event was opened by H.E. Alfonso Jose Sena Cardoso, Ambassador to Ireland, who pointed out that Brazil has so much to offer to the Irish visitor.
Lilas Nascimento, Manager, Brazilian Tourist Office, London, gave a very informative presentation on why Brazil is such a fascinating and diverse country.
Rio de Janeiro will host the 2016 Olympic Games and Paulo Villela gave an insight as to how Rio is gearing up for the games.
The trade also participated in a workshop and refreshments were served to all.
