FCM has unveiled a preview of its revamped global management platform, which will be released in 2022.
The new system will see the app’s homepage feature key information such as upcoming trips, live updates, notifications and changes to bookings.
Notifications will be used for trip updates, check-in reminders and duty of care alerts. There is an added built-in live chat function where users can chat with the FCM team.
