Falcon Holidays to Relocate Belfast Back Office to Dublin

Falcon Holidays has announced proposals to relocate all back office functions currently based in Belfast, including its Trade Support Team, into its Dublin office. The move follows a review of the business that identified a need to align operations, maximise available resources and further drive efficiencies.

Helen Caron, Director of Ireland, said: “As a business we are committed to offering a full programme of holidays from Ireland through our Falcon and Thomson brands. These proposals mean we can continue to efficiently service the needs of our customers and ensure we remain competitive in the marketplace. We are also committed to expanding our exclusive and differentiated products, including Sensatori, Holiday Village and Splashworld, which are proving increasingly popular.

“Our trade partners are very important to our business and we would like to reassure them that this will have no impact on the excellent service provided to them by the Trade Help Desk, which will continue as usual.”

Under the proposals, all operations of the business will be based at the existing office in Dublin’s Duke Street and all 25 Belfast-based colleagues will be offered relocation.
