Expedia TAAP announced on Thursday 29th August the launch of its new site for Irish travel agents. This is part of a global platform to be deployed worldwide and Ireland is the first market to benefit from it. 
“Travel agents will love the new Expedia TAAP platform,” said Mirco De Pellegrin, who heads up the Expedia TAAP in Europe. “The new platform has been designed to deliver consistent benefits to our Affiliates through easy, simple access to the Expedia booking engine and simpler reporting functionality.”
Important news for agents is the redesigned single login feature and seamless navigation through the TAAP booking and reporting features now integrated into the Expedia.ie page. This means a 100% intuitive process for agents to now book and manage their commission with a handful of clicks.
Additional features to help travel agents and agency mangers are in the pipeline for release in the coming months. The former www.expedia.ie/travelagents URLs are still valid and direct to the new platform as well.
