Etihad Airways is currently looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join the Dublin Commercial team as a Sales Support Administrator. Responsibilities:
Fare filing preparation and contract raising, fare analysis, and preparation of reports for General Manager and the Sales team
Yield management
Data preparation on a monthly basis for Sales Managers and Account Managers
Contribute to group and team revenue sales targets
Display expert knowledge of Etihad’s products, services and procedures
Support back office functions as required, including ticketing, refunds, etc.
Requirements:
Strong GDS and airline background
Excellent verbal communication skills
4 years of pricing and airline experience
Strong computer literacy, MS Office package, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Preferably with courses in reservation and ticketing.
