Keynote speaker Enda McNulty addressed the conference sub-theme, ‘As passionate about holidays as you are’, and got all the Worldchoice conference attendees motivated – and on their feet! – by beginning with one-minute table discussions about what is negative or of concern within the travel trade, but then announcing ‘The 24 Hours Rule’. “For the next 24 hours you will have positive thinking only – so stand up now, shake hands with 20 people and tell them about something positive in your life!”

Start to think you can dance.
It’s time you and your team had a winning attitude.
Build you confidence muscle.
Have great agility and absorption when you dance.
Keep calm and keep your composure as you dance.
It’s now time to lead by example no matter how tough the fight gets.
Persevere, have persistence and deal with failure.
Be caring about your customers.
