Emirates Revs Up Recruitment Efforts in Dublin with July Pilot Roadshow

Emirates is revving up its recruitment efforts in Dublin to meet a strong surge in customer demand.

The airline will be holding a pilot recruitment roadshow in the city from 17th to 18th July, looking to recruit experienced commercial pilots.

The upcoming roadshow will take place at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin on 17th July at 10am and 1pm, and again on 18th July at 10am. Prior registration is not required, and pilots are only required to attend one of the sessions. Emirates is seeking pilots for roles as First Officers (Type Rated/Non-Type Rated), Direct Entry Captains, and via the Accelerated Command Programme.

Recently, the airline announced its commitment to hiring over 1,500 pilots over the next two years with a target of 550 pilots this year,

This follows a record-breaking year for Emirates, which reported its highest-ever annual profit of US$5.8 billion for the 2024-25 financial year, reflecting booming global demand and strong performance across all regions.

At each session, prospective Emirates pilots can learn more about the airline’s recruitment process, available roles, training programmes, expected career progression, and benefits – and hear directly from current Emirates pilots. With Australia consistently ranking as the most popular long-haul destination for Irish travellers, Emirates’ extensive route network including daily flights from Dublin to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth via Dubai makes it a natural fit for Irish aviation professionals.
