Emirates have been recognized with an award for excellence in digital customer experience.
The “Best Use of a Customer Data Platform” award was presented to Emirates for utilising third-party platform Boxever to improve customer relationships.
Boxever is a personalization platform for airlines and travel operators to gather and analyse customer data in real-time. Airlines use the platform to customize how they sell flights and other travel services to their customers.
