Emirates Extends Premium Economy Offering on Australian Schedule to Brisbane Route

Emirates will begin offering its Premium Economy product on flights EK434/435 between Dubai and Brisbane three times a week from February 1.

The move means Brisbane will join Sydney and Melbourne in Emirates’ Australian network to be served by retrofitted aircraft equipped with the airline’s award-winning product.

By April 1, Emirates will be serving Australia with close to 4,000 Premium Economy seats, via two daily services from Sydney and two daily services from Melbourne, with a third Melbourne service launching on 30 March 2025 with a retrofitted Boeing 777 on flights EK404/405, in addition to the Brisbane service.

Australian travellers can also experience Emirates’ highly popular Premium Economy product on flights to popular destinations across the airline’s global network via Dubai, such as London, Vienna and Riyadh.  

Emirates has been serving Brisbane for more than 22 years and currently operates double daily flights between Dubai and Brisbane. With 77 weekly services connecting Australia’s five largest cities – Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide, to over 140 destinations via Dubai,
