In keeping with the weather, easyJet today (Wednesday 27th March) launched its winter 2013 schedule for 20 of its low-fare routes. Some 9,440 winter flights are now on sale, enabling passengers to secure the best fares early with more than one-and-a-half million (1,507,104) seats available for travel from 28th October 2013 through to 2nd March 2014.
With extra flights added to popular business passenger routes including Birmingham, Manchester and London Gatwick, combined with the strength of city break favourite Amsterdam, ski enthusiast favourite Geneva, Poland’s ‘cultural capital’ Krakow, and music lovers destination Liverpool, easyJet now operates a record number of flights from Belfast International Airport to key business and leisure destinations.
EasyJet is also continuing to expand its services to business passengers and now operates allocated seating and Flexible Fares on all flights.
Ali Gayward, easyJet’s head of Northern Ireland, said: “This year we celebrate our 15th year of flying from Belfast International Airport and I am delighted to be announcing a strong winter schedule offering great flight times, increased frequencies and affordable access to key airports.
“The recent introduction of allocated seating is proving extremely popular with all passengers, especially those travelling on business. Flexibility is hugely important for our business passengers and our Flexible Fares, from £79 one way, allow passengers to make unlimited free date changes from one week before to three weeks after the original travel date, and include one piece of luggage, up-front seats and speedy boarding.
“We also help our Northern Ireland passengers save valuable time through our unrivalled London offering. Quite simply, booking one-way fares with easyJet means that you can fly into any one of our four London airports and return from another – offering much easier access to all parts of London than, for example, Heathrow.”
