Silversea’s third expedition ship, Silver Discoverer, will be launched this April offering a wide choice of breath-taking itineraries throughout the Pacific.
She embarks on a series of expeditions visiting the remote Kimberley Coast of Australia before heading across to South East Asia where she will offer wild and remote destinations in Indonesia, Malaysia Borneo and Philippines to discover wildlife, including the much loved orangutan, stunning rainforest scenery and the opportunity to be immersed in local tribes and cultures.
The ship will then visit the Russian Far East before returning southwards to Micronesia and Melanesia. Here, your guests will be able to participate in many activities including snorkelling, diving and zodiac tours – and all of these activities, as well as all expedition tours, are included in the cruise fare.
Finally, the ship will visit New Zealand and the Sub-Antarctic Islands where nature lovers will be able to see penguins, sea lions, elephant seals and the wandering albatross as well as taking in the rugged geology of New Zealand, including visits to volcanoes, Fjordland and Milford Sound.
Silver Discoverer will join the existing expedition ships, Silver Galapagos and Silver Explorer, all offering a unique adventure while sailing in all-inclusive luxury.
To launch Silver Discoverer, Silversea is offering free flights from London on a number of 2014 voyages – visit www.silverseaexpeditions.com or email [email protected] for brochures and further details.
