It’s a bargain summer from Deutsche Bahn whose new special offer for small groups of six to 12 passengers offers a return journey for €49 per person between 11th June and 31st August 2012.
Booking is now open for the special offer ‘Gruppe&Spar Sommer-Spezial’ (Group Saver Summer Special) that allows small groups of six to 12 people to travel during the summer months at a fixed price of €49 per person in 2nd class. The fare covers a return journey on any of DB’s trains, including the ICE. In 1st class the ticket costs €69 per person. Children up to and including 14 years of age pay half fare. The special offer includes a compulsory seat reservation.
‘Gruppe&Spar Sommer-Spezial’ is available until 31st July from all DB’s sales offices as long as stocks last and can be used for travel between 11th June and 31st August 2012. When purchasing tickets travellers must select specific trains.
