Dalata Hotel Group has a 10-year agreement in place to operate the 248-bedroom 4-star hotel, making it the group’s thirteenth Maldron Hotel. The hotel will undergo a €2.5 million refurbishment to include the bedrooms and public spaces, which is due for completion later this year.

Stephen McNally said: “We are delighted to have this exciting opportunity to manage the hotel situated closest to the terminal building at Dublin Airport.”

Lynn Cawley, General Manager, added: “The rebrand to Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport is an exciting change for our management team, the staff and, most importantly, our customers. Since 2008, the Maldron brand has provided a fantastic hospitality experience for domestic and international customers in Ireland and the UK, and we look forward to offering an even greater level of service here at Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport.”

Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport is the nearest hotel to the terminals at Dublin Airport and offers a complimentary courtesy shuttle bus service for guests. Guests can choose from a selection of 248 air-conditioned bedrooms including standard, superior and executive rooms, nine meeting rooms, airline check-in facilities and a range of dining options.
