
CV Villas has launched its largest trade initiative to date – unveiling a new unbranded, client-facing website created exclusively to support travel agent partners when presenting villas to their clients.
The London-based company specialises in villa rentals in many of the world’s sunniest climes; including France, Spain, Croatia, Florida, Morocco, Sri Lanka, Türkiye, and Portugal.

The launch follows a 20% increase in trade sales in 2025 and directly addresses one of the long-standing challenges faced by agents across the travel industry, confidently sharing villa content with clients without the risk of losing commission through independent bookings.
CV Villas’ new unbranded platform has been designed to remove this friction entirely, allowing agents to showcase CV’s full villa portfolio without any CV Villas branding or direct contact calls-to-action.

Developed in close collaboration with the trade, CV Villas polled more than 250 travel agents, with 99% confirming that an unbranded website would be a valuable tool when quoting and inspiring clients. CV Villas is the first villa specialist tour operator in the UK market to introduce an initiative of this kind.
The platform enables agents to support clients at every stage of an enquiry, from early-stage inspiration through to shortlisting specific villas, while ensuring the relationship remains firmly between the agent and their client. Agents can easily share destination pages or individual villa pages via email or messaging platforms, seamlessly integrating into existing workflows.

We wanted to give agents complete confidence when sharing our portfolio, knowing their client journey remains protected.”
The unbranded site includes CV Villas’ entire hand-picked portfolio, in addition to company’s luxury staffed villa collection, ABOVE by CV Villas, presented under a discreet alternative name. The platform has been intentionally designed to remain behind the scenes as a professional sales tool for agents.

To ensure partners can maximise the value of the initiative, CV Villas will also be rolling out dedicated training videos to guide agents on how best to use the platform when quoting and managing enquiries.
Looking ahead, Phase Two is scheduled for launch in mid-2026, providing agents the ability to show pricing and availability on a site. This will give agents greater flexibility to choose whether to present villas with or without pricing, depending on the stage of the enquiry.
