
Crystal Cruises has enhanced its partnership with Traveltek, with agent partners now able to book via the iSell Connect platform.
This development will make it even easier for agents to sell Crystal and is another step towards Crystal’s aim of becoming the most trade-friendly ultra-luxury cruise line.
The iSell Connect platform connects to Crystal through Traveltek’s Cruise API, which pulls real-time inventory, itineraries, pricing and promotions directly from Crystal’s systems, updating throughout the day as bookings come in and inventory changes. Complex cruise booking requirements such as suite categories, dining preferences, special requests and deposit schedules are also available, while the system takes care of booking modifications, documentation and payment tracking automatically.
