Old friends are best. This was proved by the Club Travel Reunion that was held in Dicey’s Night Club at the Russell Court Hotel in Dublin last Friday.
Organisers Olwen McKinney (1986) and Tara Fitzgibbon (1987) were delighted to welcome back to Ireland, in particular, Caroline Walsh from Bermuda and Nicola O’Keefe – O’Connell (now Hopcroft) from London.
Many great careers began at Club Travel, including those of Sharon Harney and John Kinane, now with Thomas Cook, Mary McKenna in Tour America, Audrey Headon in World Travel Centre, and Karl Tyrell of Bookabed.
Great memories relived of a very different era for friends and colleagues.
