Celebrity Cruises is synonymous with luxury and with fine dining and wines, so it was no surprise that the company chose one of Dublin’s fine dining restaurants, L’Ecrivain, to brief the media on ‘Luminae’.
The upmarket cruise line revealed details of its newly named ‘Suite Class’ restaurant, ‘Luminae’, and details about what guests who indulge in the premium brand’s Suite Class can expect from the exclusive dining experience. Luminae is being introduced onboard Celebrity Cruises’ modern luxury ships and guests dining at the brand’s first suite restaurant will enjoy warm hospitality, impeccable Celebrity Cruises service, and one-of-a-kind menus that are only available in Luminae.
Jo Rzymowska, Associate Vice President & General Manager, UK & Ireland, said that Celebrity put a lot into investment research into passengers’ choice of destinations and they will continue to provide passengers with what they want. “Many of our passengers are actually cash rich but time poor, hence our focus on passengers’ preferences,” she said.
Celebrity Cruises won the award for ‘Best Cruise Company (5/6 Star)’ at the Irish Travel Trade Awards in November. Since 2014 the brand has operated with a dedicated team for both the UK and Ireland. Campaigns to support its profile and sales have included free flights from Dublin and the launch of its agent loyalty scheme, Celebrity Rewards, also in November.
