One Stop Touring Shop hosted a BBQ on the terrace in Soho for Cork agents recently. The evening was blessed with the sun and temperatures reached a balmy 16 degrees! 
The informal night included a full BBQ and DJ who played holiday music throughout the night ending with some 1980s classics that had agents up dancing (with some on chairs!) in the terrace. Throughout the night prizes were won including wine for the those who wore orange…Sean Healy of Lee Travel popped on some orange socks before work, Deirdre O’Mahony in Heffernan’s wore an orange jacket, and John Walker from Trailfinders wore an orange t-shirt.
Many others, including Gearoid Mannion of Mallow Travel, made serious efforts, but alas, not everyone could win! The main prize of the night, which was a weekend at Oktoberfest with Contiki Holidays, was won by Cathy Barron, Shandon Travel, while Jennifer Twomey, Premier Travel, and Jackie Coakley also took home some prizes.
Sharon Jordan, Manager of 1STS, thanked Cork agents for their support over the past two years with particular emphasis in the way that agents in Cork support all four escorted touring and river cruise brands under the 1STS.
The event was also used as a platform to launch the 1STS new summer agent incentive “Win Two Weekend Tickets to Electric Picnic’. Every booking made for Insight Vacations, Uniworld, Contiki and Boutique Journeys from 1st May until 15th June will go into the draw.
