Helen Caron said: “We are delighted to appoint Carol Anne as the new interim Head of Ireland.  She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the business and over the next couple of months she and I will work together to agree our long-term structure and a transition plan that will allow me to step away from my role in Ireland.”

“I am absolutely delighted to be appointed as interim Head of Ireland for Falcon and Thomson,” said Carol Anne. “I have been working as part of Falcon’s senior management team over the past number of years and look forward to working with the wider team to ensure the continued success of the business in Ireland.”

Carol Anne has 28 years’ experience in the industry in tour operating and retail. She has held senior management positions as Operations Director for Falcon Holidays, Commercial Director of XL Holidays, and Head of Sales and Marketing for Wings Abroad – and in both of the latter cases she started the companies in Ireland.
