The report summarises the results for the quality of service schemes for aeronautical services at Dublin Airport, with new data reported for security queue times, baggage handling facilities, as well as passenger survey results.

The report also sets out the finalised price cap for the DAA for 2013. The price cap depends in part on the service quality provided by the company, so could only be finalised once all the service quality results had been reported. The price cap is reduced, due to breaches in the quality of service term, by approximately 2 cents per passenger, which corresponds to about €400,000 in revenues.
