The Commission for Aviation Regulation amended its lists of travel agent and tour operator licence lists, on 29th August and 27th August respectively, having issued two new travel agent licences and one new tour operator licence. 
Travel agent licence 0739 was given to Wendy Wu Tours Ltd, Cotton’s Centre, Cotton’s Lane, 47/49 Tooley Street, London SE1 2QQ, England, T: 0044 844 499 3899, valid from 1st September 2014 to 31st October 2015.
Licence number 0741 was issued to Broadway Travel Services (Wimbledon) Ltd, Unit 1, Finway, Dallow Road, Luton, Bedfordshire LU1 1WE, England, trading as Broadway Travel and Blue Sea Holidays, valid from 16th September 2014 to 30th April 2015.

A name change was also made to TA licence 0617, now listed as CWT Meetings & Events Ireland Ltd, trading as AC Events International.
New TO Licence
The new tour operator licence, number 265, was issued to Sindaco Ltd trading as Fanfare, Unit 2, The Foundry Building, Beaver Street, Off Foley Street, Dublin 1, T: 01 888 1222, valid from 25th August 2014 to 31st October 2015.
The trading name of Mercury Direct was also added to the listing for Sunspot Tours Ltd, licence number 254.
Air Passenger Rights Report
The CAR has also published its Air Passenger Rights Complaints Report for the period 1st January – 30th June 2014. The report provides a brief overview of all complaints received in respect of EC Regulation No. 261/ 2004 during that time.
