Cantabria offers the discerning traveller a wonderful variety of mountains for skiing, sea for water sports, culture and gastronomy. The pilgrim route of the Camino de Santiago along the coast, of which Cantabria is part, is today a very appealing alternative for those who prefer a greener and fresher route dotted with small architectural jewels and holy places, which also allows for the enjoyment of the pilgrimage and the sea.
