Aer Lingus passengers who have bookings on flights to or from Brussels on any date up to and including 8th April may change for free online to another date of travel or may request a full refund, or alternatively they can contact the call centre on +353 1 886 8989, or in the USA on (800) 585-0672.
For any passengers who have bookings on flights to or from Brussels beyond 8th April, should normal scheduled service not yet have resumed, Aer Lingus commits to continuing to offer the change for free facility or a full refund.
Aer Lingus is continuing to review the situation with the relevant authorities on an on-going basis and aims to provide updates of any schedule changes to its passengers in a timely manner, allowing sufficient notice to change travel plans.
