Blue Insurance has announced a new real-time delay benefit for its trade partners who hold Premier Plus policies.
Here are the details from the Blue Insurance team:
New Flight Delay Benefit
- We’re introducing a new real-time flight delay benefit for Premier Plus customers. Soon, if a registered flight is delayed by more than three hours after the scheduled departure time, customers will automatically receive an SMS and email offering either VIP airport lounge access or a €30 cash payment if a lounge isn’t available
Extended Trip Duration
- The standard trip duration on annual multi-trip policies is also being extended from 60 days to 70 days, providing even more flexibility for customers.
Both features will be launching shortly. In addition, Blue Insurance will soon be launching Web Chat on its Agent Portal, allowing agents to ask questions directly to the company, in real-time.
