You’ll be able to start earning points and unique benefits with every booking with an initiative that rewards all your booking success with us. We thought we’d offer more information about its structure, how to enrol, how to redeem your hard-earned points and the benefits of doing so.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Bedsonline Rewards offers points per currency spent which can be redeemed for various rewards, including:
- Personal holidays booked via the Bedsonline Agent Offer portal.
- Vouchers to use against Tango gift cards.
A MULTI-TIER REWARDS STRUCTURE
Our travel agent Rewards programme will have a multi-tier structure, where each tier will offer unique rewards.
Tier status will be decided and awarded based on booking performance and the number of points you collect within the last 12 months. Your tier status is reviewed annually depending on when you join the program. So, the more you book, the more you earn. What’s more, all first-time enrollers will receive 2000 welcome points!
Each point will be earned via currency spent – that’s 10, 12, 14 or 16 points per every 10 EURO/GBP depending on your tier status, on bookings for accommodation, experiences or other in-destination activities, transfers and car hire.
What are the Tiers?
- Bronze – Earn 10 points per 10 EURO/GBP spent. All advisors enrolling will start at this level, and your status on this tier won’t expire. Earn up to 99,999 points on this tier.
- Silver – Earn 12 points per 10 EURO/GBP spent. Progress to this tier by earning 100,000 points over 12 months.
- Gold – Earn 14 points per 10 EURO/GBP spent, alongside two 10% discount vouchers for use on personal holidays booked via the Agent Offer portal. Progress to this tier by earning 300,000 points over 12 months.
- Diamond – Our highest level! Earn 16 points per 10 EURO/GBP spent, and four 10% discount vouchers for use on personal holidays booked via the Agent Offer portal. Progress to this tier by collecting 800,000 points over12 months. Plus, if you maintain your Diamond status for 5 years, you’re awarded Diamond status for life!
This tiered structure also means that you can progress through the different levels based on activity – so the more bookings you make and complete on an ongoing basis, the more rewards you’ll earn!
A SEAMLESS ENROLMENT PROCESS
We’ve made it super simple to enrol in our Rewards programme – it’s integrated into our Booking Engine! To get you earning those rewards faster.
You will be able to access the Rewards programme dashboard through the ‘Rewards’ dashboard visible on the main header of our Booking Engine. This means you can easily log in to the Bedsonline Booking Engine and immediately access your Bedsonline Rewards dashboard, and Insights, all without having to enter your credentials multiple times.
ALL-NEW REWARDS CAMPAIGNS
Booking selected hotels, in-destination experiences such as theme park bookings and Mobility solutions, including transfers and car hire, will earn you additional points during a time-limited booking period!
These rewards campaigns are exclusively for agents who have enrolled in the Bedsonline Rewards programmne, offering unique chances to earn even more points by booking hotels that are participating in these campaigns.
EASILY REDEEM YOUR POINTS
Whether you want to treat yourself and use your points against a personal holiday booked in your agent portal or exchange your points for vouchers for those everyday luxuries, however you spend your points is up to you.
Redeem your points:
- Against personal holidays booked using the Bedsonline Agent Offer portal.
- By exchanging them for vouchers to use against Tango gift cards.
Options to redeem your points via the method of your choosing will be available on the ‘Rewards’ dashboard in the Booking Engine!
Simply select the voucher amount for either your personal holiday or Tango gift card, and you’ll be able to redeem your points and receive your voucher in just a few clicks.
So, how many points do you need before you can start redeeming your rewards?
