The first 50 travel agents to complete one of the new PATA Academy courses ‘Pacific Expert’ or ‘Asia Expert’ from Friday 23th November to Friday 21st December 2012 will get a little help with their Christmas shopping this year with a £10 Love2Shop voucher per certificate! Agents in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are all eligible.
Every month until January 2013 a tourist office member of PATA UK will also give away a £50 Love2Shop voucher in a prize draw for all agents who have completed a certificate in that month. Agents can register and start training today at www.pataacademy.com.
All agents who complete a certificate will also be guaranteed a place at the PATA Party events to join PATA UK members for a Christmas drink at the Island Bar in Birmingham on Monday 10th December or at the Sports Café London on Wednesday 19th December. Agents will meet PATA UK members such as Tourism Australia, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Emirates, Macau Government Tourism Authority, Hong Kong Tourism Board, Papua New Guinea Tourism, Samoa Tourism Authority and Tourism Northern Territory. The PATA Academy online training courses are the official training courses of PATA UK, the Pacific Asia Travel Association UK Chapter, who offer a special free membership for travel agents called ‘APTP’ (Asia Pacific Travel Partner). Agents who sign up to this free membership through the website www.pata.org.uk will be the first to hear about PATA UK events and news via a bi-monthly e-newsletter and will be listed on the PATA UK website.
