Barbados Launches ‘Say Hello to Barbados’ Marketing Campaign

The Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc (BTMI) has launched a new campaign – Say Hello to Barbados – in a bid to boost visitor numbers to the idyllic Caribbean island country.

The campaign aims to highlight the country’s unique values as a destination.

“In seeking to drive business for the summer of 2025, BTMI has introduced an enticing summer campaign featuring exceptional deals on the destination”. said BTMI’s Chief Executive, Andrea Franklin.

“This year we are thrilled to partner with our local tourism partners on this new campaign which will spotlight the variety of hotels and activities on offer in Barbados during the summer months and shoulder periods, as we aim to attract more visitors to the island and encourage longer stays and trip extensions.”

The Say Hello to Barbados campaign will also offer travellers discounts of up to 65% on select accommodations and an array of attractions and activities across the island, allowing them to experience so much more beyond the traditional sun, sea and sand.

Additionally, as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean, visitors will get the opportunity to fully indulge in the vibrant culinary scene of Barbados through curated specials and exclusive menu offers from participating restaurants.

The booking window runs until February 28th, 2025, with a travel window of May 1st, 2025, to October 31st, 2025. A two-week blackout period will be in effect during the Crop Over Festival.

Special incentives are also on offer to travel agents as part of the promotion. Agents who log bookings on the Barbados Elite Club platform during the campaign’s booking and travel windows, will earn double points.
