BA Introduces New 24-Hour Trade Partner Helpline for Group Booking Disruptions

British Airways has announced a new 24-hour support line for trade partners in the UK and Ireland if help is needed concerning disruptions to group bookings.

New 24/7 Groups Disruption Desk

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new 24/7 Groups Disruption Helpdesk, going live since 02nd June 2025, designed to provide urgent support for group bookings travelling within 72 hours of departure.

This enhancement will help our trade partners receive timely, round-the-clock assistance during periods of disruption — and reflects our continued commitment to improving the service experience.

What’s Changing?

·       UK & Ireland partners should continue using the existing numbers during operational hours (08:30–16:30, Mon–Fri):

·       UK: 0344 493 0765

·       Ireland: 015 319 039

·       Outside of these hours, they should use the new 24/7 number.

·       All other markets (excluding North America, Canada, and Bermuda) should direct all group disruption queries within 72 hours of departure to the new 24/7 number. North America, Canada, and Bermuda remain supported by Lime on 1 888 724
