
AVIAREPS, the global leader in aviation, tourism and hospitality representation with 77 offices in 71 countries around the world, has been appointed as General Sales Agent (GSA) for A-ROSA River Cruises in the UK and Ireland.
With immediate effect, AVIAREPS will support A-ROSA River Cruises’ commercial growth in both markets through comprehensive sales, marketing, and PR activities. The mandate includes targeted promotion through specialised agents, MICE and group travel agencies, the distribution of promotions and advertising materials to the travel trade and direct mailings and email newsletters to an extensive agency database.

AVIAREPS will also provide strategic support at consumer fairs, coordinate and execute integrated marketing and promotional campaigns in close cooperation with A-ROSA, and drive PR initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and creating market buzz. Further responsibilities include organising and supporting FAM trips, events, travel trade activities and brand cooperation, delivering travel agency trainings and webinars, and managing client and partner relationships including after-sales support and inquiry handling. Cruising since 2002 and turning 25 in 2027, A-ROSA River Cruises is a premium river cruise operator headquartered in Rostock, Germany. The company operates a fleet of contemporary ships sailing along Europe’s most iconic waterways, including the Rhine, Danube, Rhône, Seine and Douro. A-ROSA combines high-quality service with a modern, informal cruise atmosphere tailored to today’s travellers.
